Adam is responsible for working with the policy team on briefings, provides support in external affairs and works with the media.

Adam works with colleagues across the Russell Group to help communicate policy work to key audiences and supports senior colleagues and member universities on political and media issues.
Adam joined the Russell Group in 2016 and has spent more than 15 years working in communications. Prior to his move into the higher education sector, Adam worked for MPs at Westminster and was Head of Communications for a political party at the Scottish Parliament.
He has extensive experience working with political and high education sector media and has developed and delivered communications strategies for national election campaigns.
Adam holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from Durham University, and a master’s in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
