Joanna leads the Russell Group’s higher education policy team, covering everything relating to education and skills, quality and regulation, access and participation, admissions and student experience.
She joined the Russell Group in 2015 and has covered a wide range of briefs, from research funding and European relations to student mobility and environmental sustainability. She began her policy career as in the Europe and global issues section of the British embassy in Paris.
