Lily leads the Industrial Strategy and Innovation brief, shaping policy and driving advocacy in these areas.
She collaborates closely with government, industry, and our members to ensure research-intensive institutions are supported to drive both regional and national economic growth through innovation activities such as university-business partnerships, consultancy opportunities, licensing intellectual property, and assisting researchers in launching new spinout companies. Before this, Lily led the financial resilience brief at the Russell Group and has held roles at UKRI and Cancer Research UK.
