Russell Group statement on the death of Queen Elizabeth II

Following the sad news of the death of Her Majesty the Queen, Dr Tim Bradshaw, Chief Executive of the Russell Group, said:

“The Queen is a much loved and highly regarded public figure and we are all saddened by today’s news. On behalf of the Russell Group, I want to extend my condolences and sympathies to the entire Royal Family as we - and the country - pay our deepest respects.”
