Russell Group response to the APPG on Diversity and Inclusion inquiry into equity in the STEM workforce

The Russell Group welcomed the opportunity to contribute to the APPG on Diversity and Inclusion inquiry into equity in the STEM workforce.

Our submission contains an analysis of HESA data which shows progress in the number of staff from under-represented groups working in STEM departments at our member universities and contains examples of particular approaches to supporting an equitable environment in the STEM workforce taken by some of our universities.
